Sometimes there is an issue with redeeming gift vouchers that are already in the system. All you should need to do to fix this issue is to drag this POSCommand file into file directory C:\ProgramData\IdealposSolutions\Idealpos and it should automatically run the command. Once that completes you should be able to process the vouchers. File is attached.
