Two customers had a display screen stop working, one was a service station the other was a fruit market. After a lot of research and trouble shooting the solution was found to be an update with windows 8.1 that removed Intel Graphics Driver. To fix this problem I went into c drive on the POS terminal, Driver>Graphics>VGA>win8?x32 then open or unzip v15.folder and then run the setup.exe. POS will need to be restarted and then once restarted you will need to go and set the tablet settings (search tablet then setup and get someone to touch the POS screen)
